MTESTWindows Materials Testing System/MTWIST Torsion Testing System
Powerful Windows/PC based software with testing machine interface
MTESTWindows™ is a third generation Materials Testing System for new or existing electrohydraulic and electromechanical testing machines. Its unique design consists of a 32-bit Windows Application Program and an easy-to-install external interface box which makes MTESTWindows™ ideal for new and retrofit installations. MTESTWindows™ flexible interface provides connectivity to virtually every load frame regardless of age, manufacturer or application. Its base configuration consists of load, crosshead position and axial strain input channels with options for a transverse strain channel and servo control.
All testers and retrofit packages
can be supplied with ADMET’s
popular MTESTWindows
Materials Testing System which features a price/performance
ratio that is unsurpassed in the industry. MTESTWindows is
ideal for a wide variety of testing applications including Quality Control,
Production QA, Research,
Education, and Product Development. Download

Engineered for flexibility, MTESTWindows can generate test
reports and X-Y plots for ASTM, JIS, SAE, TAPPI, Euro Norm and many other requirements.
Results
data and X-Y plots can be presented in a single test report or a group of like
tests can be combined to generate a statistical summary for each analysis result.
MTESTWindows has the capability to perform all common mechanical tests and by creating your own test methods has the ability to perform tests of varying complexity. Intuitive setup menus and large easy-to-read displays make MTESTWindows easy-to-use and quick to learn.
MTESTWindows can be installed on manually operated or servo controlled testing
machines. It features monotonic, cyclic and
segmented profiles under load,
position or strain control. Also included is a Proportional-Integral-Derivative
Control algorithm with software switchable control modes that can be changed
on the fly. Flexibility that allows you to create a method for each of your
testing requirements.
MTESTWindows has numerous other features such as saving and recalling raw
test and results data, analyses for multiple
yield values by offset or extension
under load (EUL) and user definable information fields that simplifies writing
custom reports. The operator can also automatically input specimen dimensions
for the next test while the current test is running.
For those users that require torsion testing, ADMET has a companion program to MTESTWindows called MTWIST.
