Low Force Fatigue Testing on Titanium and other small Orthopedic implant parts

Home / Videos / Low Force Fatigue Testing on Titanium and other small Orthopedic implant parts

Small titanium, plastic, ceramic, and composite parts are crucial to the assembly of medical devices, medical parts for orthopedics, and dental devices. Many ASTM and ISO standards outline the test procedures and sample preparation.

All testing can be performed in load or position control. In load control, the user can modify the gains settings while still viewing the real time plot, to tune the low gear proportional, integral, and derivative settings.
