Onsite Training

Get your team up to speed with comprehensive training right at your facility. One of our experienced Applications Engineers will travel to your location to provide personalized, hands-on instruction for your specific materials testing system.

Overview

  • Duration: Typically 2 to 4 hours of focused training.
  • Recommended For: New teams operating ADMET testing equipment, controller, and software.
  • Completion Criteria: Training is considered complete once your team can successfully run several tests independently.
  • Note: Onsite training can be conveniently bundled with ADMET onsite calibration services.

Training Topics

The training session will be a mix of description and demonstration, covering the following key areas:

Safety Awareness
  • General materials testing safety precautions.
  • System and software safety features.
  • Recommendations for proper testing criteria.
Equipment Overview
  • System description and identification of major components.
  • Properly mounting transducers, grips, and fixtures.
  • Hardware setup and the correct power on/off sequence.
Operator Station & Documentation
  • Overview of controls, including cabling and display.
  • Review of relevant manuals, user guides, and product documentation.
User-Specific Test Methodology
  • Step-by-step process for creating test methods.
  • Running tests and understanding the results and test curves.
  • Exporting and printing results and test curves.
Data Management
  • Saving and recalling test methods.
  • Saving, recalling, and recalculating test results.
  • Modifying saved test methods.

Training Requirements

To ensure a smooth and successful session, please ensure the following before our arrival:

  • A computer that meets the minimum hardware/software specifications for your system.
  • Training is conducted in English.
  • An employee with administrative access rights to the training computer may be required.

Online Training

  • Format: A live, interactive session via an internet meeting service and screen sharing.
  • Duration: Up to 4 hours with a member of our Technical Support team.

  • Training is provided in English.
