In August this year, ADMET was honored by Inc. Magazine for the third year in a row as one of the fastest growing companies in the US.

This strong growth has created the need for great talent to support the continued scaling of our business.

As a first priority we are looking for outstanding sales talent to handle the influx of leads generated by our increased reputation in the marketplace.

Our Account Director (AD) role is fundamental to our philosophy of serving customers first and selling second. This means we expect sales roles at ADMET to really understand the objectives of our customers. Only when we understand what customers are trying to achieve would we feel comfortable recommending a potential solution that delivers on the outcomes that improve their performance. The AD’s performance profile (job spec in old language) includes market research, prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, quoting, customer visits, customer training and attending trade shows. Of course the achievement of sales targets which you will have executed in your current role is also essential at ADMET.

A successful AD at ADMET will be aggressive, creative, energetic, personable, product smart, a good listener and presenter, able to accept rejection, organized and self-driven. The AD should posses a high level of mechanical aptitude and have a proven track record selling technology based products. Participation in selling and technical problem solving activities at customer sites will require travel. Candidates should have an engineering degree with strong analytical skills to complement an effective sales personality.

The reward for committing to this role includes a competitive salary, an uncapped commission plan and health benefits. The role is based out of our Norwood, MA facility.

If you believe you are a good fit for the position and are up for the challenge, send your resume on a strictly confidential basis to hr@admet.com.
